This hotel is excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and a great attention to detail. The location, just out of the centre but close to the beach and tram stop, is perfect for those who want a quieter stay while still being able to easily access the city. The staff provided a top-class service, with friendly and helpful hosts. The rooms were well equipped, with complimentary tea and coffee particularly in the bathroom, and included little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes.

thank you for constantly being a quiet little place to stay. i enjoyed brilliant personnel that ensures guests have a very nice stay. there is a great selection of facilities in the room such as : a microwave oven, central heating and an ironing set. besides, parking is nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it really felt like being at home. The whole place was spotlessly clean, and I loved all the little touches like dog treats and towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of parking.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fridge and en-suite bathrooms. The host, Lynn, goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The guest house is also dog-friendly, offering treats, towels, and balls for furry guests. It's a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway.
